The motion of planets, direct or retrograde, is very important! This determines the future progressions which are set up by a natalization chart, which is any new chart for a new thing or a new relationship. Progressions are the primary influence on the journey and outcome of any new thing or new relationship you begin.
35+ years of statistical research has proven that thinking that retrogrades are always detrimental is a HUGE fallacy; retrogrades can be great, neutral, or bad, depending on several variables. So, there’s no one-size-fits-all simplification, sorry!
